Keeping the Bubbles in the Bubbly

Torchy's is now offering a new treat.  It's called Perlage. Perlage is a state-of-the-art sparkling wine/Champagne storage system designed to conserve the quality of opened bottles of sparkling wine. We are now offering 2009 Alma Negra Malbec Sparkling Rosé wine and Avinyó Cava Brut Reserva by the glass en Perlage. Join us in Torchy's Wine Bar for our new Half-price Wine Happy Hours. 3pm - 6pm seven days a week on our wines by the glass and Wine Flights.
