Spa Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your service, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment, the Spa will charge you 50 percent of the total of all scheduled services. If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up, we must charge full price for all scheduled services.

Your time is important. If we must cancel your appointment due to staff illness or an emergency, we will make every effort to give you a courtesy call at least 12 hours beforehand. We strive to serve our members in the timeliest fashion.
