Torchy’s

Torchy’s is an all-ages venue complete with children's offerings.

Proper dress code as outlined by the WAC rules is enforced (see House Rules).

No outside food and beverage is permitted in the restaurants.

We validate parking with a $25 purchase after 5 pm, including holidays.

Gold and Silver Room Private Meeting Space

Can we do buffet-style service?

The rooms are extensions of the dining room, and we serve all meals a la carte with the exception of continental breakfast. Continental breakfast can be presented on platters on the boardroom table.

Can we get our continental breakfast served on platters?

Yes, with advance notice. All food will be presented on the hutch or the boardroom table.

Can we add a table to the room for our food?

There is a small hutch in the Gold Room. There is no space in the rooms to add any additional furniture. All food will be presented on the hutch or the boardroom table.

Can you move the boardroom table out and bring in a smaller one?

The tables are permanent fixtures in the room and cannot be removed.

Can we add a chair to the table to seat nine in the Gold or 11 in the Silver?

The rooms and tables seat a maximum of eight for the Gold Room and 10 for the Silver Room. There is no room to add extra chairs.

Can we add flip charts?

The room lends itself well to a boardroom-style meeting. There is a white board with an AV screen attached to the wall. There is room for one additional flip chart.

Can we do meeting room refreshes?

Yes, our service team can refresh your room whenever you choose. We also offer a menu of break snacks, including cookies, brownies, sodas and coffee.

Can we meet in the room and eat in the dining room?

Yes, we will create reservations in the dining room for your party.

Will this dining-room reservation count toward our $60 F&B minimum?

Yes. We will try to have the room-service server take your table, but this may not always be possible. It may be a dining room server.

Hagerty’s

Hagerty’s is an over-21 venue. No minors are allowed. Minors will be allowed in the Clubroom during private events as the room is closed off from the lounge.

Food service continues after the kitchen closes and is available from 10 pm to midnight with a limited late-night menu.

WAC Parking is validated with a $25 purchase after 5 pm, also valid on holidays!
