Senior Fit ClassesSenior Fit classes are designed for adults 55 years and older, but are open to members of all ages seeking a gentle workout. All Senior Fit classes have the following fee schedule: Free with Conditioning Contract • or $2+tax per class • or $15+tax per month for one class • or unlimited classes for $20+tax per month. Senior Fit ConditioningMondays–Thursdays Stretch and strengthen your muscles for 45 minutes of fun. Senior Fit Core—Stretch & StrengthenMondays Join us for a great workout designed for strengthening the back muscles. Senior Fit StepFridays This low-intensity step class is great for mature members or those just starting a new cardiovascular routine. Fun music and a motivating instructor will help you shape up at an easy pace. Senior Fit Water ExerciseMondays–Fridays Join fellow members in the Pool for a no-impact, fun and invigorating workout. It's a great opportunity to make new friends and stay in shape utilizing the non-weight-bearing quality of water. Senior Fit Yoga & StretchTuesdays/Thursdays A gentle yoga class with emphasis on lengthening muscles, breathing and relaxation. Beth Zumann instructs. |
