Senior Fit StepThis low-intensity step class is great for mature members or those just starting a new cardiovascular routine. Fun music and a motivational instructor will help you shape up at an easy pace. Senior Fit Water ExerciseJoin your fellow members in the pool for a low-impact, fun and invigorating workout. Make new friends and stay in shape using the water’s non-weight-bearing quality. Senior Fit Yoga & StretchA gentle yoga class with emphasis on lengthening muscles, breathing and relaxation. |
