Senior Fit Classes

Senior Fit classes are designed for adults age 55 and older but are open to members of all ages seeking a gentle workout. All Senior Fit classes have the following fee schedule:

  • Free with Conditioning Contract, or
  • $3+tax per class, or
  • $15+tax per month for one class, or
  • $20+tax per month for unlimited classes

Senior Fit Conditioning

Stretch and strengthen your muscles with 45 minutes of fun.
Mondays–Thursdays: 10–10:45 am; Studio B

Senior Fit Core: Stretch & Strengthen

Join us for a great workout designed for strengthening the back muscles.
Mondays: 10–10:45 am; 4th Floor Studio B

Senior Fit Step

This low-intensity step class is great for mature members or those just starting a new cardiovascular routine. Fun music and a motivational instructor will help you shape up at an easy pace.
Fridays: 9:45–10:45 am; 4th Floor Studio B

Senior Fit Water Exercise

Join your fellow members in the pool for a low-impact, fun and invigorating workout. Make new friends and stay in shape using the water’s non-weight-bearing quality.
Monday–Friday: 11–11:45 am; 6th Floor Pool

Senior Fit Yoga & Stretch

A gentle yoga class with emphasis on lengthening muscles, breathing and relaxation.
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 8:45–10 am; Studio B
