Boxing training

The WAC introduces Robert Holmes, private boxing coach. Robert comes to us with 18 years of experience at the Tacoma Boxing Club. He is familiar with basic boxing fundamentals, circuit training, station partner drills, focus pad and interval bag work. Robert is a member of the Washington State Golden Gloves Team, and competes in the Regional Golden. 60 minute session = $60.00; 30 min session = $30.00.

Pilates: Single and Duet

Specialized equipment and floor exercises stretch and strengthen muscles under the guidance of a certified Pilates Instructor. Pilates combines concentration and exertion to form the ideal mind-body workout.

Duet instruction is now available to experienced participants. You must have at least 10-14 prior private sessions, instructor evaluation and approval.

Swim Lessons

The WAC aquatic staff offers lessons designed to suit anyone’s needs, regardless of ability. Whether you are cross-training or learning to swim, the pool offers something for everyone. Private lessons are available during Lap Swim and Family Swim times, based on instructor availability.
Ages 3–Adult
Private lesson: $30/$100 four-session package
Semiprivate lesson (two people): $40/$140 four-session package
Prices based on 30-minute sessions; Cancel 24 hours in advance for refund
