Preparing for Open Water Competition

Whether you are training for your first or your 30th open water competition, this two-day clinic led by WAC Swim Team Coach Jennifer Mesler is a great opportunity to improve technique and increase your training knowledge. Jennifer began her 16-year swimming career with the Arizona Swimming Gauchos. She swam for four years at Northern Arizona University and has been coaching for 10 years.
