A complimentary dance floor is available for guests wishing to let the music move them. And imagine the ambience that a baby grand piano will add to your event—at no extra charge.

Business Meetings

The WAC also offers everything you need for a hassle-free business meeting. We take care of the details so you can get down to business. Podiums, corded microphones, platforms, easels and dry erase boards are all available at no cost to you.

Presentation is everything. That's why we're prepared to help you make the most of your meeting time. Whether you need an XGA projector, overhead, laptop or a high-speed internet connection, we'll make sure you are "wired" and ready to go. And if we don't have what you need, we'll find it.

Fresh Baked Goods

All of our mouthwatering desserts and scrumptious pastries are prepared in our own WAC Bakery. From our famous sticky buns and magnificent wedding cakes to croissants and buttery rolls, you can always be assured of the outstanding quality and freshness of the WAC's baked goods.

Exercise Breaks

When you're getting down to business at the WAC, it's easy to forget that the "A" in WAC stands for "Athletic." To give your group a jump-start during marathon meetings, we can arrange to have one of our Certified Fitness Instructors visit for a 15-minute "Corporate Stretch." Your group will get that adrenaline pumping and benefit from fresh new energy. It's one of the great advantages to holding your meetings at the WAC. Ask your Catering representative for details.
