Initial Metabolic Evaluation & First Month Intensive

This popular package begins with procedures to test your metabolism, body-fat percentage and daily caloric burn. These testing procedures help determine whether you have any areas of metabolic resistance that may need to be addressed in your program. After the testing, you will have an initial nutritional evaluation, determining areas of concern in your diet, health and lifestyle. You will leave with a report of findings, a meal plan, snack ideas and a grocery list. Then you will meet weekly to address your areas of metabolic resistance and learn how to build a healthy diet that fits into your lifestyle and allows your body to lose weight permanently. During weekly visits, we will take your measurements, evaluate your diet and implement individualized protocols and behavior modification plans for success.

Weight-Loss Coaching Follow-Up

Ongoing support after the First Month Intensive

Stay on track after completing the First Month Intensive. Meet twice per month to have your diet monitored, assess your improvements and move past plateaus. At the end of the month, your body fat is reassessed to monitor improvements.

  • $125 One-month Follow-through includes:
    Two mini follow-up visits and a Segmental Body Fat Analysis

  • $240 Two-month Follow-through includes:
    Four mini follow-up visits and two Segmental Body Fat Analyses

Maintenance Visits

You will be rewarded once you hit your goal. If you maintain your success and meet your weight goal during your maintenance visit, there is no charge! This visit is designed to provide motivation, answer questions and keep you on a healthy track.

Nutritional Counseling

Nutritional Counseling is a one-on-one way to address your present diet and health concerns. Your counselor will review your diet and health history and suggest nutritional changes and interventions that will help you reach your goals. If needed, dietary analysis, food plans and customized supplement programs. will be implemented.

  • Initial Nutritional Evaluation $130
    Includes a thorough nutritional and health-history evaluation and diet diary review. Your counselor will discuss areas of concern in your diet, health and lifestyle. You will establish nutritional goals and receive food suggestions for meals, as well as educational materials that support your goals.

  • Follow-Up Consultations $90
    Follow-up visits address the areas of concern determined during your initial visit. Progress is evaluated through client feedback, measurements and diet diary analysis. Questions are answered and ideas are given for weekly challenges. Further education is provided on a variety of issues such as eating out, reading labels and managing cravings. Your counselor may suggest supplementation that supports certain physiological areas. *

  • Mini Follow-Up Consultation $50
    Mini Follow-Ups are designed to keep clients on a healthy track by reviewing a diet diary and monitoring progress.

  • The Family Package $350
    Designed for couples or families who wish to receive nutritional counseling together, as well as parents who need strategies and ideas to help make eating fun and healthy for their children. The package includes four hours of consultation over three sessions.

Manage Your Cholesterol $330

Find out how you can keep your cholesterol in a healthy range through diet and supplementation. You will learn to eat in a way that fits your current lifestyle, supports your heart and leaves you feeling satisfied. Receive a thorough nutritional evaluation, food and snack ideas, a grocery-store list and research into your condition over three sessions. Includes segmental body fat analysis.

Take the confusion out of healthy food buying. Meet at a natural foods store and learn what foods can fit into a busy lifestyle without blowing your diet. Learn how to read food labels, assess nutrient content and get new tasty meal ideas. Discover healthier options for eating on the run. You will receive a packet of valuable information, including a grocery list, product ideas, information on organics and simple recipes that allow you to turn your purchases into healthy, everyday dishes.
