Bio: Jill Bruyere has been training at the WAC for eight years. Her passion for fitness originates from many years of playing sports including collegiate and semi-professional soccer. Through her experience she realizes the importance of daily exercise, setting goals and mentally preparing for success. Her active lifestyle has allowed her to live an energetic and healthier life. It is her goal to help as many people as possible commit to a healthier lifestyle. Education:

Exercise/Fitness Philosophy: Jill says it's never too late to start exercising. She believes in a total, complete healthy lifestyle; of whole living in all aspects of one's life — physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. When a person is in great shape they feel great and can more effectively live their life.
Hobbies/Interests: Jill maintains her fitness by participating in sports, running races and triathlons. She has completed four marathons, including the Boston marathon, numerous 5k and 10k races, and local triathlons where she often places in the top five for her age group.
