Bio:
Andrea has been a personal trainer and group exercise leader for more than 14 years. Thanks to her expertise in managing obesity, many of her clients have lost and kept off more than 50 pounds. She is experienced in working with clients who have diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and lower back pain. She also started the WAC's very popular salsa dancing workshop.

Education:
  • Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, Cornish College of the Arts
  • American College of Sports Medicine-Certified Health/Fitness Instructor

Specialties:
Ballroom dance, yoga, comprehensive personal training, core fitness and weight loss

Training Philosophy:
Programs should be comprehensive — incorporating balance, coordination, flexibility and cardiovascular exercise — not just limited to strength training.
