Charity Requirements

For In–kind and Cash Contributions

Each charity should embrace all or a majority of the selection criteria as follows:

1. Is consistent with primary Mission, Vision and Values of the WAC.
2. Provides a program/event that includes a form of (or promotes) exercise or athletic endeavors.
3. Promotes the advancement of amateur athletics and athletes.
4. Provides positive interaction between members and team members.
5. Supports advancement of students pursuing a career in the culinary or hospitality industry.
6. Achieves a balance between national charities and local opportunities.
7. Provides opportunity for positive community and public relations involvement and exposure in Seattle and the surrounding area.
