Testimonials:
"Dear Darrick: Thank you for your incredible dedication and passion for physical fitness. I was always very active until I had my third child, but then life and work seemed to catch up with me. I signed up for personal training to get back on track and I am so glad that I did. You are a wonderful trainer with a great personality. I appreciate that I did not have to ‘think' about my workouts. You coached me through an entire hour and although you officially wiped me out, the hour was always productive and useful. You kept the routine varied and difficult. While I enjoyed your sense of humor, it was important to me as an ex-collegiate athlete to have a routine that was tough enough to produce real results. You did an incredible job of balancing tough workouts with a little fun. When I started with you, I could only do push-ups on my knees. I was terrible at your favorite move, jump squats. In fact, I was surprised at how much strength I had lost in just a few years. After six months of training with you, I can successfully do unassisted push-ups. Even jump squats seem like a reasonable exercise. My overall fitness is near where it was 10 years ago, before kids. I have lost eight pounds and one dress size. More importantly, I am back into my old, healthy and active routine. You gave me a new knowledge and a renewed enthusiasm for fitness. Every time I pick up my son, I think of how much stronger I've become. You are a great trainer and a fun person. I recommend your personal training to anyone. Please give my number to anyone considering personal training. They are welcome to call me at any time. Thank you."

"I was very satisfied with Darrick for several reasons: (1) He knows his stuff. (2) He listened and understood what I wanted to accomplish in the time allotted. (3) He developed two separate programs that gave me the strength conditioning and flexibility that I was after. (4) He was serious about the workouts and gave me feedback to make sure I was using proper form. (5) At the same time, he was very positive and encouraging and easy to talk to. (6) He was available for questions that I later had after the sessions ended. In summary, I enjoyed working with Darrick and would not hesitate to recommend him to others who are looking for a good fitness trainer."
