Bio: Sports, fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle have always been a part of Erika’s life. Erika comes from a very athletic background that includes competition at the college level. Majoring in Exercise Physiology with minors in Health and Coaching has required her to learn what it takes to achieve one’s goal of a well-rounded training program. Balance, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular training are the focus of her training. As Erika has worked at a physician-managed obesity clinic and trained bariatric patients, she is experienced in working with clients who have diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, fibromyalgia and lower back pain.

Favorite way to motivate clients: Erika is enthusiastic and devoted to clients' goals and in helping them reach and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She recognizes that each goal is attainable through motivation and coaching, and understands the importance for exercise. She is passionate about helping others and is determined to find a creative way to make exercise a permanent life-habit for everyone.
Hobbies/Interests: As the Head Coach for Women's Basketball here at the WAC, and a collegiate basketball player herself, Erika has directed and coached youth sports and specialized in fitness programs for children. She has also conducted metabolic testing for clinical research and implemented post-rehabilitation programs for physical therapy patients as an aide
