Jay has been involved in the fitness industry as a strength coach and personal trainer for over a decade, helping clients build a more efficient and durable body. He utilizes the most current research and information in his program planning and makes it a point to stress proper technique while honing in on movement related exercises. Jay believes that every client has the potential to go beyond his or her goals and he has seen this first hand with everyone he works with. He trains a wide variety of people; those with sports related goals to those that just preparing for the physical challenges of everyday life. He often shares his love for training with his friends and family and takes every opportunity to learn of the latest research in the fitness and exercise field. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, playing volleyball, basketball or flag football.
