Testimonials: "The WAC is dedicated to enriching the quality of life of its members. My trainer, Kelsie, certainly embodies that enrichment for me. I haven't been a regular for any exercise regimen. At my husband's urging I decided to begin an exercise program with the help of a trainer. The fitness conditioning coordinator introduced me to Kelsie and my life changed. Kelsie has been wonderful in drawing me into an ongoing program such that my exercise sessions are the high point of my week. My life also includes the activities of my older son, a 12 year old. In response to my lament that Max seemed to want to excel but simply couldn't break through, she allowed him to accompany me in a training session and corrected some basic flaws in his running form. After a few sessions, my husband and I have seen real gains. Max was as pleased with the results as I was; "Mom, I didn't know running could be this much fun!" Kelsie is a real pro. So, in still another significant way, Kelsie and the WAC have improved my quality of life. And improved it again. My life now includes the WAC." – Yoshimi Lorbiecki "I would like to put in a note of appreciation for Kelsie, my personal trainer. I have been training with Kelsie for about 18 months. I work out with her in Coed Conditioning in the morning, generally two days a week. We do a variety of exercises focused, in my case, on flexibility, range of motion, balance and strength. Kelsie is ingenious in the routines and exercises, using free weights, the machines, movement, balls and all the variety of pulleys and devices in the gym. The workout has been changing as I progress and, in any event, it's never boring. The results have been great with visible improvements in my posture, range of motion and general well-being. I would recommend Kelsie for anyone desiring to improve their physical conditioning — athletes, non-athletes and all ages. I also enjoy her company!" – Anne Redman
Favorite way to motivate clients: By really getting to know each of her clients, Kelsie can find what drives and excites them, and also pinpoint their weaknesses. Once they discover the who, what and why's, the rest is a matter of making a commitment to their program. She believes consistency will always lead to results.
