"Mona created a program for me to enhance my muscle definition for a fine art photography photo shoot. Her concise program produced significant results in a brief period of time. Her body building background combined with her experience with injuries gives Mona a very unique approach and her jokes aren't too bad either!"

"Mona is more than just someone who helps me exercise. She is the first person that I met at the WAC and her friendliness has made me feel welcome. Her skills as a personal trainer are just what I need to continue my recovery from a car accident and surgery. She understands my need to deal with the whole body (physically, mentally and emotionally) as we train together. I think I appreciate this the most. She urges me to work through my anxieties to try new exercises and celebrate my successes that then lead me to feeling stronger and more confident in other areas of my life. Mona is my trainer, my cheerleader, my coach and my friend. Thanks, Mona!"

No matter how my feet are dragging when I come in, I always leave with a spring in my step. Mona is the best personal trainer on the planet. Seriously."

"I had not worked out in two years prior to beginning my personal training with Mona. Since then she has helped me set goals, structure my training process, and provided me with support on an ongoing basis. Mona has made every effort to know what motivates me and how to best keep me on track and focused. I feel better and stronger and more informed about what's best for me as I develop new workout habits."
