Testimonials: "Richard, you really excel at training people. Beyond addressing [my] shoulder injury, I told you that my goal was weight loss. You were a bulldog in helping me take steps to lose the excess fat. I have lost 20 lbs, but more importantly, I have significantly reduced my body fat percentage. You focused on my specific weaknesses - for example, we used the marbles to strengthen my shoulders to rehabilitate my injury and you helped me to strengthen my lower back, which I had injured in the mid ‘90s. - Pete Collins
