Bio: Robert's motto is "live once — live right." His firm belief of incorporating nutrition, exercise and rest into a daily lifestyle is his secret for success. As a former soccer and lacrosse player, Robert has the ability to train and perform at optimum levels. He understands the connection between the spirit, mind and body. His specialties are high-intensity training, total body conditioning, core strengthening and yoga. Robert is known for his unconventional training technique that incorporates resistance training, elastic bands, Swiss balls, Plyometrics and sport-specific training. Robert's energy, focus and discipline catch on with whomever he trains. His background includes working with collegiate sport teams, triathletes, adults and teenagers.

- Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, Springfield College
- National Strength and Conditioning Association-Certified Specialist
