  Bio:
Shaine has been a fitness enthusiast and personal trainer for more than eleven years, the last nine with the WAC. Shaine has lived throughout the West and is focused on a healthy lifestyle and the benefits that can be obtained with strength training. He credits his discipline and exercise philosophy as playing a large part in his recovery from cancer and the effects of radiation therapy. Using his knowledge and experience, he develops structured programs for his clients focusing on strength training, diet and cardiovascular exercise. In addition to his work in the gym, Shaine believes in using outdoor activities or events like running, hiking, and mountain biking to keep his clients and himself in shape.

Recovery training after injuries, cancer patients (in treatment or remission), people new to weight training, weight loss, muscle development, Strength training.

Weekdays: 6am - 2pm Mon, Tues, Fri / 6am - 4 pm Wed, Thur.
