Tamari Toasted Nuts3/4 cup Almonds 3/4 cup Cashews 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds 2 Tablespoons Tamari or Soy Sauce 1/2 teaspoon Cumin 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Pinch of Cayenne Preheat oven to 300F degrees. Place nuts and seeds on cookie sheet. Toast until they just begin to turn golden brown (about 10 minutes). Mix tamari and spices together, then sprinkle over nuts. Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes to dry. Cool and eat.
