     Kirk Slobody

Kirk calls on more than 20 years of experience as a competitive swimmer, coach, yoga practitioner and teacher. Introduced to yoga by his mother at age 8, Kirk began the serious study of the art after college, feeling that the discipline and practice it instills enhances all aspects of life. He is committed to creating a space that encourages curiosity and exploration to develop conscious awareness for optimal health.
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays: 5:15 am, 6:30 am and 9 am Slobody Yoga•

     Beth Zuman

A student of yoga for 13 years and an instructor for seven, Beth focuses on alignment, relaxation, balance, strength and flexibility in her classes. She hopes others will come to trust yoga as a foundation for self-observation and self-healing.
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 9 am Senior Fit Yoga • M/W/F 4 pm Beginning Yoga
