Sometimes it takes a little extra attention to move to the next echelon. Maybe you’re unsure of what training can do to help you reach your personal best. Or, you are in need of a fresh source of motivation. Perhaps you’ve hit a plateau and having challenges defined by another voice other than your own will take you to heights you’ve never thought you could achieve. We have individual and specialized group training options from which to choose and a cavalry of Personal Trainers to light a fire under your feet.

Individual & Specialized Training

You probably have a reason and a goal behind your training. But you might be uncertain how to reach it and with whom. We’ll help you find a trainer who’s there with you for the long haul, one you can build a rapport with. One who sees you to and through your milestones. Individual and specialized training programs include:

Group Training

Join the party and get in amazing shape. Large group training is an affordable way to take advantage of personalized training. Sessions are $10 with Fitness Advantage. Groups limited to 10 people. Instructor approval and advanced registration required:

  • Xcelerate Program
    This high-intensity program involves multiphase workouts designed to keep your body guessing and getting stronger.
    Mondays & Wednesdays, 7–7:45 am, 12–12:45 pm, 6–6:45 pm
    Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6–6:45 am, 12–12:45 pm, 6–6:45 pm

Prospect Development Program

The WAC now gives collegiate athletes who are looking to continue their athletic careers after school an opportunity to prepare right here in the Pacific Northwest. Take advantage of expert training, custom prepared meals, a 4-star hotel, Spa services, and more. For decades, the WAC has been the training home of Olympic athletes, professional athletes, and some of the world’s greatest amateurs. Athletes can meet their goals by taking advantage of the best professional staff in the club industry, and our state-of-the-art facilities.

Some of our programs’ features include:

  • Use of swimming pool, Wellness Center, Spa, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and approximately 17,000 square feet of fitness facilities
  • Nutritional consultation and supplementation program
  • Customized meal plan
  • Body Fat Analysis
  • Biomechanical Analysis
  • Metabolic Testing
  • Massage
  • Physical Therapy
  • + Several optional programs and services
