Mat classes provide excellent, condensed workouts progressing through a series of Pilates floor exercises. These are challenging workouts that strengthen and stabilize your powerhouse—abdominals, gluteals and muscles supporting the low back.
- Pilates Private and Semi-Private Apparatus
Private and duet sessions incorporate exercises on Pilates apparatus — Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs and Barrels, as well as the Mat. New clients begin with private sessions before progressing to duets. Sessions by appointment only.
- Pilates Tower Classes
Experience the tower of power! The Pilates Tower Wall unit is a great way to take your mat experience to the next level. Classes are limited to 4 students.
