Located downtown in Hotel Andra, Tom Douglas’ Hot Stove Society cooking school welcomes guest chef Matt Fortner (Trattoria Cuoco, Lola, Matt’s in the Market) for a part demo, part hands-on class featuring the regional flavors of Italy. At our private event, watch and help Matt cook, then enjoy the fruits of his labor along with paired spirits (no-host bar also available). As for the cursing, we’re going to leave that up to Matt’s spontaneous nature! You’ll leave with smiles and recipes you can make for friends and loved ones. Cursing optional.
