Free Fitness Fridays are back in October! Open to all members and guests of the WAC to join us for a day of fitness.
The floor is yours! Explore a variety of strength and cardio workouts in men’s, coed or women’s fitness. Studio classes are offered all day long and range from uplifting dance cardio to heart-pumping max cycle. Or you can take a place on our mat and slip into yoga serenity. The whirlpool and steam room will be waiting for you when you are finished.
We’ll give you “free fitness” right back! Members are encouraged to bring friends or colleagues. Bring a new non-member guest* every Friday during October and receive a free month of Fitness Advantage.
*Guests must be over 18 and must register at a fitness reception desk. Other rules and restrictions apply.
