Meditation often provides practitioners an airy, relaxed feeling, but it also delivers something more important—head space for clear thinking and, ultimately, the ability to accomplish more physically.

Even just five minutes of daily meditation can deliver wonderful results, including a lighter approach to life, fewer negative thoughts, and more enjoyment.
