Featuring California’s Rodney Strong
Learn all about wine blending and try your hand at blending your own at a very special class hosted by Rodney Strong Vineyards. A pioneer in sustainable farming and green practices, Rodney Strong has bottled critically acclaimed single vineyard and reserve wines, standout estate releases, and best-in-class varietals, focusing on grapes from Northern California’s Sonoma Valley. Rodney Strong Winemaking Emeritus Rick Sayre will join us to lead this class.
This special hands-on event, limited to 24 attendees, is set for Wednesday, September 18, in the Meisnest Room. Includes wine blending and a take-home bottle. Heavy appetizers will be served. Just $45 for WAC members. Reserve with firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Rodney Strong story begins more than 50 years ago, when Washington native Rodney Strong settled in Sonoma County. Rodney Strong Vineyards farms 14 vineyards in Sonoma’s finest growing regions—Alexander Valley, Knights Valley, Russian River and Chalk Hill. If you love the art of wine, you won’t want to miss this event.
