An event every week that begins at 7:15 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until Thursday, November 28 2019

| TRI/CYCLE CLUB MEMBERS ONLY

Strength training is important for all endurance athletes, and the off-season is a perfect time to start a routine. It helps prevent injury and improves movement economy (makes you faster). Coach Lindsey will lead sessions on the 8th floor on Tuesdays and Thursdays after swim practice from 7:15 to 8 am.
