Our Pilates studios are located on the 4th Floor and host mat and apparatus instruction.
Pilates towers are located on the 8th Floor.
- Pilates Mat: These classes provide excellent condensed workouts that progress through a series of floor exercises. Strengthen and stabilize your powerhouse—abdominals, gluteals, and low-back muscles.
- Private and Semi-Private Apparatus: Private and duet sessions incorporate exercises on Pilates apparatuses—Reformer, Cadillac, chairs and barrels—as well as the mat. By appointment.
- Pilates Tower: The Pilates Tower unit is a great way to take your mat experience to the next level. Classes are limited to four students.
