WAC Tri/Cycle Club

Tri/Cycle ClubThe WAC Tri/Cycle Club is a multi-sport club, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle through organized endurance events. We support participation of athletes at all levels, from beginner to seasoned athletes.

Workouts with WAC T/C Triathlon Coach
Tuesday night track workout at Roosevelt High School at 6 pm (February-November)
Saturday run from Gasworks Park (biweekly; September-April)
Brick workouts (monthly; summer)

Swim Workouts
Wednesday evening at 6:30-7:30 pm with Master’s Swim Coach
Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6-7 am with Triathlon Coach (Winter and Spring)
Open water swim meets at Lake Washington on Fridays. Participants must be able to swim
at least one mile unassisted. (June through August)

Discount entry fee to Seafair Triathlon
Discounts at Cycle U, Erickson Cycle Tours, and Speedy Reedy.

Triathlon Coach – Julie Vieselmeyer

Julie offers personalized coaching, custom training plans, consultations, group workouts and more to support triathletes, marathoners and other endurance athletes. She is certified by USA Triathlon and USA Track & Field and recently received a master’s degree in sport and performance psychology from the University of Denver.
