She is passionate about helping clients achieve their optimal quality of life through scientifically backed nutritional practices, healthy habits, daily movement, and a positive mindset. Melissa supports the improvement of overall health and well-being through straightforward and executable health practices that are sustainable and result in positive outcomes.

This program begins with an in-depth assessment of current health habits, personal health goals, and a coach and client team approach geared toward slowly implementing improved practices that help you achieve success. We accomplish sustainable lifelong health habits by transitioning potentially harmful practices into helpful routines that promote positive outcomes.
