The ability to balance and move well is integral to quality of life, sports performance, and injury prevention. Experience progressive improvements in each session of this series. Begin with an in-depth assessment that will set the strategy for each workout, then train both static and dynamic balance to fit your goals. Each session ends with a relaxing stretch. Package of five or ten 30-minute sessions availble.
