Cocktail Corner: Barrel-Aged Old-Fashioned
Barrel-Aged Old Fashioned
- 2 oz. Epic Sh’t barrel-aged gin
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 dash Fee Brothers barrel-aged bitters
- 1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
- Orange peel
Combine gin, bitters, and simple syrup in a double-rocks (old-fashioned) glass or bucket. Stir, squeeze orange peel over to impart oils, add one large ice cube, and garnish with orange peel.
