Cocktail Corner: Layser’s Pecan Whiskey Sour
Layser’s Pecan Whiskey Sour
- 2 oz. Templeton Rye Whisky rested on toasted pecans
- 1 oz. house-made pecan orgeat
- ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. egg white
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake, and strain into coupe or martini glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
