Layser’s Pecan Whiskey Sour

  • 2 oz. Templeton Rye Whisky rested on toasted pecans
  • 1 oz. house-made pecan orgeat
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. egg white

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake, and strain into coupe or martini glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
