How much should you be exercising?

Did you know that less than 25 percent of adults meet weekly physical activity guidelines? A sedentary lifestyle increases risk for chronic disease, cancer, anxiety, and depression. The 2019 Physical Activity Guidelines recommend 150 minutes of moderate exercise every week—thats just 30 minutes of physical activity every day to keep our bodies healthy and happy. Join one of our personal trainers for a 30-minute session or hit up the popular Blitz class at 5 pm. on the 4th Floor.
