Four Weeks to Better Balance Challenge 

Mobility fitness challenge for WAC members age 60-plus

Start 2022 off strong and join this streaming video challenge for improved movement.

Dr. Christian Thompson, founder of Mobility Matters, will host a Four Weeks to Better Balance Challenge from January 10–February 11 exclusively for WAC members age 60-plus!  If you choose to accept this challenge, you will follow a specific sequence of streaming Mobility Matters exercise videos hosted on the Mobility Matters website four days per week throughout a four-week period.  This is a four-day-per-week exercise program, and you may choose which four days out of the week to train!  Each exercise session will last about 20 minutes and bonus video recordings with words of encouragement by Dr. Chris and members of the WAC Fitness Team are included!  Upon sign up, you will receive challenge details and step-by-step instructions on how to access the videos. Sign up runs now through December 30, 2021.
