Native Seattleite Caroline Wagner taught her first fitness class as a teenager, stepping in for a sick instructor. She went on to graduate from Washington State University and then moved to Los Angeles, where she trained and taught alongside some of her favorite fitness gurus. She returned to Seattle and started teaching at the WAC in 2016. Caroline has also developed her own workout format involving Olympic rings that she describes as “a combination of yoga and ballet.” It’s this ingenuity that drives Caroline’s career. “I’ve been successful helping others because I have a passion for exercise,” she says. “Getting fit and staying fit is a hard job. Having support and encouragement is key to staying on track.”
