Eating healthy during the holiday season can be difficult! With countless gatherings and a stream of office desserts, how are we supposed to stay on track? One thing I love to do is bring my own healthier option to holiday parties. With a few simple tips and tricks, almost any recipe can be made more nutritious and still delicious. Here’s a few dietitian approved appetizers and treats to nosh on!
