Live class schedule (scroll down)
You may join these classes by downloading Zoom on your mobile device or computer and then clicking the class links below. All attendees must have a Zoom account (it’s free!). To provide the best Zoom experience for all, please mute your audio and video feeds. Participant audio and video will generally be turned off by default but please be aware of your surroundings at all times. You should be able to see the instructor but not yourself. Please expect that your audio and video feeds could become live—it’s technology, after all! Please respect the House Rules of the Washington Athletic Club. Please conduct yourself as if you were in a live fitness class. And have fun! You can also visit the Zoom help center. Please refrain from asking Zoom technical questions during class.
