Online activity has risen to new heights during the past few months. With this, social media use has grown even more popular. Take your social media pages—and your personal photography—to a new level with this two-part virtual class from professional photographer Christiana Childers. Christiana and her husband, Ben, will teach us how to get the most out of our in-phone cameras. Learn new smartphone camera functions that will immediately improve your photography.

This two-session online class begins with evening No. 1. We’ll learn about composition and light and get some insider tips for taking great portraits. Christiana will give us some fun assignments to practice and play before the next week’s session.

During evening No. 2, we’ll share our photos with the group and get personalized suggestions from Christiana. We’ll also dive into the editing process and learn ways to back up, organize, and share our photography online.

These are hands-on sessions. Bring your smartphone to both sessions. All types of smartphones welcome!

To sign up, email Robinette Holt. Class limited to 20 participants.

Cost: $20 (nonrefundable), includes both sessions.
