Thanksgiving to go

Spend more time celebrating and less time baking or decorating! Let the WAC kitchen cook your ideal holiday meal, including turkey and all the trimmings.

Meals and decor will be available for pickup Wednesday and Thursday, November 25–26.

Turkey, sides, and gravy require reheating. Directions provided in sidebar. Prime rib will be warm upon pickup.

Reheat instructions

Turkey

Your turkey is fully cooked. There is stock added to the foil pan to keep the bird moist.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place covered pan in oven for approximately one hour or until center of the breast reaches an internal temperature of 150 degrees (roughly five minutes per pound).

Stuffing, gravy, and sides (microwave instructions)

All plastic containers are microwave safe.

Heat for 3–10 minutes at 50 percent power until food reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Stuffing and sweet potatoes (oven instructions)

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Heat in a buttered casserole dish until hot.

Gravy (stovetop instructions)

Pour gravy into a heavy-bottom saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring often.
Bring to a gentle boil.
